Mmm, can you girls just TASTE it? League champs may be just a day away! Gabrielino High is currently tied for 2nd place with Rosemead High School. But if Gabrielino defeats the undefeated, who-knows-how-long league champions, all three schools would be tied for first place. But if not, we would get 3rd cause we lost to Rosemead High School. Which puts Rosemead in 2nd, and Arroyo would be league champions again. But hey, I want the banner in the Big Gym. Our Track team is a toddler, 5 years old. We’re young. Hah. Yet, we’re as good as the big dogs. Woof woof. Shoot, we are the big dogs! Our MEN are undefeated going into Arroyo tomorrow, which is their first time. Amazing. And our ladies were pretty bad last year, winning only one league meet. But look at us now! Only lost one this year, plus we lost against Rosemead, who is also a big dog. As standings, Arroyo is the best, then Rosemead, then us. But we lost to Rosemead by so little. Only cause of Field events. But hey, Arroyo is an ‘all-around’ good school. While Rosemead is kind of, but strong in Field events. Which means, we are going in pretty good. :) All day, I’ve been so excited for tomorrow. In French class, I was practically bouncing up and down. Oh so antsy. Gosh, how would I be tomorrow?! It’s during the CSTs too, hahahaa. Hehehehe. I honestly really can’t wait.
